A room is for hire
This is a room (about 16 mm2, the first floor) of the house (200m2) in Schultheißstraße 50，Vilich, 53225 Bonn. You can walk for 3 minutes to arrive in a platform of 66 train and then arrive in city center in 12 minutes by 66 train. The interval time of 66 train is 10 minutes in the daytime from Monday to Friday. There are bath room and W. C. in the first floor outside the renting room. The kitchen (about 5mm2) is in the zero floor and there are three person (the owner [an old lady], a Chinese man and the future renter) to use it. There is also a garden (80mm2) and a place to locate the car outside doors. There is a TV cable and the owner has paid the related fee. You only need to pay 230 euro that includes all fees. A lady/Miss is preferential to consider. The contacting telephone number is 0228- 475810. If you satisfy this condition, you can start to live on April 1, 2007.
