要看你是干什么用的？
基本上是要在国内街道开你出生证明（当场可以开），
然后再去公证处公证（2到3天）

是证明你出生日期地点父母的东西，要在国内开，然后先拿到中国的外事局公正翻译，然后拿到要你这个东东的机构说承认的国家的驻华大使馆或领事馆再对翻译进行认证，然后寄给你


A copy of an Original birth certificate, which has been legalised first by your Ministry of Internal affairs (Department in charge of issuing the Birth Certificate, then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Justice in your country of origin and thereafter the Birth Certificate needs to be taken to The Netherlands Embassy in your country to be verified (stamped).See below *** Only Birth Certificates that are not older than 6 months will be verified by the Embassy.

偶曾经只给了护照首页就可以了，所以觉得不同部门要求应该不同，问当事人比较好
