Your tasks: Directs and generally supervises all Company activities, including, but not limited to the development, production, and sale of its products and services, to produce a reasonable return to investors, and to guard the safety of the capital funds invested in the Company. • Prepares short and long term objectives and recommends their adoption to the Board of Directors. • Prepares plans and programs for attainment of approved objectives. • Co-ordinates the activities of all departments in the Company. • Develops and maintain a sound organisation structure, and ensures capable management succession, particularly for the local staff.

The requirements: Managed multiple functions in an operating company. • Demonstrated ability to start-up operations and managed successful a team over different functions. • Overseas working exposure particularly in Asia is a plus. • Strong leadership qualities with extremely good communication skills. • Team player with strong people management skills. • Market and sales oriented, able to build and maintain customer relations and understand the Chinese competitive environment. • Good influencing skills towards management and employees. • Capability to work and live in a Chinese culture environment.
