当然要亲自去啊，因为要面谈啊。上海的德领要先电话预约面试时间，北京的就不知道了。

任何一个中国的德国大使馆都要先电话预约的，先预约吧，别耽误了时间。
约到后当天8点带齐资料去面签，至于是德国人收材料还是中国人就不一定了。不过如果材料齐的话，根本不用问话，交上去1星期就拿到签证了。

if ur parents are older than 60, they don´t need go there in person, otherwise, they´d better make an appointment with the consulate or embassy, forward the invitation letter, insurance from u, financial aid could be from u or ur parents themselves, passports and pictures. that´s all, i think.

1，小心门卫找麻烦不让进，记着不是门口的警察，是门卫。
2，到大使馆的网站查查，带齐所有资料，而且最好复印多份。
3，要有多次进大使馆的心理准备。没有那么两三次是办不成事情的。
4，最好能碰上会说中国话的德国人，他们比较负责，热心。
