北京国承瑞泰工程项目管理有限公司(简称GCPMC)是一家国际化的专业工程项目管理公司，由来自国内知名企业的优秀管理人才组成，主要从事石油化工领域工程项目管理（PMC）的研究、进行工程项目管理（PMC）的培训、编制工程项目咨询文件、承接建设工程项目总承包(EPC)、负责建设工程招投标等工作。
为了更好的向国际PMC行业学习，同时提高本公司的PMC管理水平，拟向国外招聘项目经理2名，招聘条件如下：
1. 年龄要求：35-45岁。母语为英语(或者工作语言为英语）
2. 工龄：从事相关行业十年以上
3. 专业：石化、化工工程行业的相关专业。
4. 学历及证书：
1） 具备大学以上的学历；
2） 拥有项目经理的证书，不限于国际项目管理机构、国内协会颁发的相关证书。
5. 管理职务：在石油、化工领域中担任过多个大型项目的项目经理职务。
6. 从业经验：具有或参与工程设计、设备采购、工程施工、试车、开车等相关经验。
7. 性格特征：有良好的学习、沟通、分析能力，较强的团队精神。较强的计划、组织、协调和执行能力。
8. 管理素质：敬业、爱岗、团结的工作态度和负责精神。
9. 业务能力：熟悉并掌握工程咨询、工程设计及工程建设的程序、方法、管理知识，应了解国内外相关领域的标准规范。

本公司承诺：1、薪酬待遇：年薪30万人民币以上。

GCPMC has an excellent work force consisting of talents from famous engineering companies nationwide and is engaged mainly in the research on project management theories, project management training, project management consulting and engineering, project management (PM), project management contracting (PMC) and project tendering (ITB) and bidding.
Now we are looking for two project managers from abroad for strengthening our international project engineering teams:
Job Title：Project Manager（PM）
Requirements：
1. Age：35-45 years old
2. Working years:10 years or above in relation fields
3. Major：Petrochemical and chemical engineering industry or in relation majors
4. Educational Background &Certificates:
(1) Bachelor degree or above
(2) Owner of project manager certificates, not restricted to those of international project management institutions or certificates of nationwide institutes
5. Worked as Responsible for big Petrochemical and chemical engineering industry projects.
6. Working Experience：lead and participated in engineering design, facility procurement, engineering consulting and construction, test and going life
7. Personal Character：excellent learning, communication and analyzing ability, strong teamwork spirit, very good planning, organization, coordination and execution skills.
8. Management Quality：excellent spirit of cherishing the job devotionally, team building and responsibility.
9. Professional Ability: Familiar with engineering consultation, engineering design and process, methods and their management: good knowledges of the standards, principles and norms of relation field both in China and abroad.
We promise :
1. salary level:300,000 RMB above per year
