我的同学想去店里买签约手机，可是所有的店都说他的信用有问题不愿意卖给他，可以他并没有做过什么影响信誉的事情啊，只是这个月因为搬家，上语言班等情况花了不少钱，连续两个星期刷卡达到限额了，难道就是这个原因么？请问大家有听说过这个情况么？应该怎么解决？

刷卡达到限额应该不会影响shufa，只要没欠钱。
可以让他自己注册shufa网站查一下，看具体是什么原因。

如果是shufa记录出了问题可以去申诉。以下是在某论坛上关于shufa和如何申诉的帖子。

At the same time they will have the right to correct or appeal against any data they disagree with. A form is available in English online to download which needs completing and sending with a copy of your passport and residence registration ("Anmeldebestätigung") to SCHUFA Holding AG, Postfach 61 04 10, 10927 Berlin. When your application is processed you will be sent an overview of all the information stored on you, details of any inquiries regarding your creditworthiness during the previous 12 months and optionally your creditworthiness "score"

schufa 弄错人名的事发生过，很讨厌的！ 赶快去更正下，要不然还挺影响生活的。我也有个朋友被弄错了，手机签不了，信用卡不给发。。。。。。
