本人从伦敦到Halle不久，在马普研究所做博士后，转租了马普研究所同事朋友3房一卫一厨一浴室的公寓。公寓总面积76平米，位于Paulusviertel区的Wielandstr.，3分钟走路到 Ludwig Wucherer Str.

房间宽敞明亮，厨房、卫生间、浴室设备齐全。希望找到安静成熟的合租者，可拎包入住。租期是现在开始到明年4月底。明年4月份后也可以灵活延期。

We are looking to sub-let our apartment in Paulusviertel from October 2013 to April 2014. It is a spacious (76 m2) flat, on the upper ground floor with good lighting from both the street and the yard at the back. The flat has three main rooms, which can serve for a family or 2 or more flatmates. The two rooms are spacious (18 m2 and one slightly smaller). It has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, shower, toilet and a storage basement. The flat has recently been refurbished and is clean and well heated (gas heating in all rooms). It is fully furnished and equipped (kitchen, living room, beds etc) but if you have your own furniture, we can negotiate moving some of our furniture in one room. The flat is 3 minutes’ walk to the Ludwig Wucherer Str.
We are looking for people who are quiet and mature, wishing to sublet the flat, or one room, for the period mentioned above or part of it.

The total monthly cost, all bills and internet connection, is 710 Euros, but we are willing to rent one room only at a negotiated price.
