BVA MysteryShopping is an international market research company based in France. Itspecializes in the measure of customer service quality in stores all over theworld. The BVA Group is a leader in France famous for its national opinionpolls on politicians.
Objective of the project: We need tomeasure the quality of service of online purchase on a wide variety of brandsoffered by one of the largest search engine in the world.
This work consists of anonymously testing different merchants’ websites. This task is done from home! Make online shops, fill in some questionnaires and attach the supporting documents you will be asked to provide.
Start as soon as possible. These projects will run until at least the end of March 2016 and possibly extend through to December 2016.
If your English is fluent and you are familiar with general PC programs and using the internet, you could be interested in working with us as a mystery shopper for one of our clients.Remuneration: approximately 800 -1100 euros gross income / month (corresponding to 15 completed purchases + 30 emails and/or calls per week). Be prepared to work approximately 2 hours per day.
You will be required to stay with the project for a minimum of 3 months.
Two scenarios to achieve:
Scenario 1
- Purchase an item from a preselected website, with a determinate budget
- Receive the item
- Return the item
- Wait for reimbursement
Scenario 2
- Call or email the merchant with questions provided by the platform.
