不对，不应该用现在完成时，因为我回贴的时候正看着她呢，还没看完！

see似乎不可以用现在时态
应该为：I am looking at you too。

e.g. I look out of the window but see nothing.
   I saw you put the key in the lock, turn it and open the door.

得出结论：I look out of the window and see you.
   因此: I see you. 是可行的语法。

根据朗氏德汉双解大词典德国LANGENSCHEIDT出版公司 1998年

mit den Augen erkennen, wo e/e Person od. Sache ist u. wie sie aussieht
看,看见,看到,瞧见 = erblicken

词典没有直接用现在时的SEHEN加人物的例句,不过如果：
A: siehst du mich?
B: ja, ich sehe dich schon!
是成立的话，那么 Ich sehe dich 也是成立的。

这是我的理解拉。如果还是不对，请指正。

上发现，SEE也可以用于进行时的
