[table=98%][tr][td]这下知道什么叫政治成熟了，真叫牛人啊！[/td][td=1,1,16][/td][/tr][tr][td=3,1]我今年16岁,在加拿大的温哥华市就读XX中学十一年级,(高二). 前几天在历史课,我们班正在召开论坛讲座,讨论的话题是"AMERICAN CHARACTER," 主要讨论美国过去与现在的政治倾向,经济发展与外交政策等等.虽然在国内有很多人都以为加拿大和美国是从属关系,加拿大人应该对美国人千依百顺,万般景仰才对,其实不然. 因为独立时间与本土文化发展的些许差异,引起加拿大和美国人在意识形态与思考问题上有明显分别. 在美国发动伊拉克战争之后, 加美两国人在意识形态方面差距更加拉大了. 加拿大拒绝参加其传统盟友美英联军对伊行动的邀请,加拿大人民普遍认为"the War on Iraq cannot be justified, its no longer a war on terror but a war to
pursuit for
American interests, therefore, we Canadians refuse to join this act of invasion."
最搞笑的发言是"When those damn Americans set foot across the border, I will be the first to bow down to the humble American Masters." (美国兵一越边境,我就第一个向伟大的美国主子下跪投降.)
开始讨论美国现在的外交政策,终于轮到我发言了:" The United States has been the most powerful
country in the world for over six decades, they are the sole winner of the cold war, the last surviving
super power and the most dominant nation on Earth. Great powers comes with great responsibilities,
America's has
the duty to uphold the world's order, maintain balance of power between nations and broadcast it's
idea of democracy worldwide. The United States is capable of global military deployment, meaning the
US army have to power to strike at any country in the world easily. Like the OLD British Navy's
"double standard of power," the American Navy is more powerful than all of Europe's navy combined.
Regardless of whether America's military decision should be justified or not, its America's privilege as
the World's largest empire to attack or manipulate any countries at free will."

然后我又继续说了,"Nevertheless, no empire in the human history can last for all eternity. America will
decline just like all the previous dominant nations, and another nation will take over its place as the
next super power. It is the inevitable consequence of the human history, America will fall! As for the
next rising super power, I believe China is more than qualify to take on this role."
(话说回来,没有一个帝国在人类历史中可以建立永恒霸权的,和之前的全球性帝国一样,美国一定会正向衰败,然后一个新的国家会取而代之. 这是不可避免的历史趋势,就连美国也不可幸免! 至于下一个世界性帝国嘛...我认为中国最适合不过了.)
这个时候历史老师介入了,她问我,"I agree with what you said about America will fall, but why do you
think China would qualify to be the next super power?"
(我赞同你说的美国衰败这个观点,不过你为什么认为中国会有资格成为新的世界霸主呢?)
我回答,"America became the world's most powerful country for only six short decades, but China was
ahead of the entire western civilization for over two thousand years. The Western inventions we see
today was created base on the foundation of old Chinese inventions. The Chinese invention like
paper, compass, gun powder and movable publisher led the Europeans out of their middle age
darkness and entered the era of renaissance. Today's China has the fastest growing economy, with the
title of world factory and over ten billion potential consumers. China is approximately the same
size as America with greater potential industrial power than the Americans. China rarely invades it's
neighbor countries during it's long course of history."

她回答"I know China was one of Earth's most powerful nations during the ancient time, and they have
achieved incredible advancement in their civilization, China developed free economic markets and very
impressive economic advancement over the past two decades, but communism have prove to fail in
the past and I believe China's communism political policies will prevent them
from achieving further greatness.
(我了解中国曾是地球上最强大的国家之一,他们曾经创造出辉煌的文明,近年来中国发展出了市场经济和惊人的经济成就,不过我认为共产党主义在多数国家都失败过所以中国的共产注意政策会成为中国未来发展的一块绊脚石.)
我想了想然后说," to be honest, I am not a big fan of the Chinese communist party either, but the
Chinese communist government have the power to unite the whole country from wars, seperation and
other chaos. The Communist government have done a splendid job in reconstrution of economy and
retained China's dignity. The Chinese communist government is the only country capable of defending
against foreign invasions. Only the communist party can unite China and prevent further seperation.
China's current political structure may not be as democratic like the western society, but the current
political system may be the only suitable choice for China's current situation. Desperate times calls for
desperate measures, right now China is on a reform that could either prosper or devestate
China for the next a hundred years. Thats why a strong central government is needed to guide China
out of this hazardous path. I may not agree with the communism ideology, but for my nation's benefit,
I would support the Chinese communist government with all my life. One interesting fact for everyone,
judging by China's current society structure, I believe Canada is probably more closer to socialism than
China is today, in terms of social security system, health care and the free education systems."
(说实话,我并不是很喜欢中国共产党. 但是共产党拥有统一全中国的力量.过去几十年来GCD在经济建设和恢复中国国际地位与自信方面立下了不朽的功绩.只有共产党的领导才能抵挡外来侵略和阻止内部分裂. 虽然中国现在的政治体系可能比不上民主的西方,但是非常时期需要使用非常手段.中国现在需要一个强大的中央政府来领导中国混乱的时局.现在的中国正在走上一条不归的改革之路,其结局可能是民族复兴,或衰败.共产党可以领导中国走出这段前途未明,凶险艰难的道路.虽然我不相信共产主义,不过为了民族的兴亡,我愿意全力支持现中国政权!顺便告诉各位同学一个有趣的事实,据我观察的中国现状,加拿大可能比中国还接近社会主义.当然是就社会保险制度,医疗和普及教育而言.)
有一个同学不服我的"中国NB论"和"美国必衰论",她问我现在这么强大的美国将会如何走向衰败.
我笑了笑,"Like all Empires in history, America has fallen too far into imperialism. After America attacked
Iraq, they have entered a phase called "over- expansionism." Like previous dominant super powers,
America's forces stretched too far into foreign affairs. America have expanded beyond it's country's
capacity, they spent billions of dollars in Iraq every month. America's growing GDP is just another
bubble economy, it's large foreign debt will become their downfall. America has attracted too many
enemies which will bring them to continous warfares, and America won't be able to focus on economic
development. Like I previously stated, America's declination is inevitable!"
(和历史中的各大帝国一样,美国在帝国主义这条路上走的太远了,在美国攻打伊拉克之后, 他们已经进入一个叫做过度扩张主义的阶段.和之前的超级帝国一样,美国涉入太多别国的闲事了.美国的势力范围已经扩张超越其自身的承受能力了.他们每月在伊拉克的军费维持是好几十亿美元.美国本身巨大的经济债务将成为他们最沉重的负担,而他们目前飞长的GDP也不过是另一个泡沫经济而已.美国已经吸引太多的敌人了,它将会被卷入连绵不绝的战事中,而将会无法全力发展经济.和我之前说的一样,美国必定会衰败的!)
