总面积53平米两室一厅中的一间，16平米，客厅带厨房20平米共用，具体看下面，由女生，租给女生从4月1日起租（只可能提前几天），到本年9月31日，如有必要，可延长，有待商榷。
房子在离vingst地铁站非常近的地方, 9路到uni17分钟直达，neumarkt11分钟直达。周围环境良好，购物方便，房东可靠。
带全套家具，265欧全包。网费另计，理论上不超过10欧。
