今年45岁的沃里纳与现年32岁的“好生养”太太雷娜，育有6女3子（包括3胞胎女儿），最大的9岁，最小的还未满月。结婚时他们协议生6个，没想到越生越高兴，雷娜坦言自己已经“生上瘾”。 $ E- h) z* a' O% M
4 M: s+ W9 J% x; a( w: E4 }( s3年没有放假 每天洗衣4遍 5 J0 F- X D; ^* A3 R , U5 x: x3 a6 S& x7 ` 小生命带来快乐，但是，照顾孩子相当辛苦。雷娜每日忙足了17小时，要接送孩子到不同学校、每天洗衣服也要洗上4遍，工作量比一般主妇多几倍，一家11口全靠沃里纳的一份薪水养活。夫妇俩已经3年没有放假了，也很少见朋友，但是，沃里纳说：“这个家是我们的命根，我不觉得缺乏什么。” ! I$ R( k! u/ V. V9 @$ E

After having nine children in as many years, you might think Rayna and Malcolm Warriner's brood is complete.- ]8 C, q' E9 {' I& M1 x
: \6 l, c$ V% ?! _7 R, B8 C/ qBut, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. 6 t; B2 ^1 ?1 S2 I. n. Y% }
: R4 x9 m' V7 }Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. 6 c$ [: c4 K+ s3 v0 W

"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. ( S& I8 U) F0 N7 W* s' o. H- D

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." # d; {( b3 Z: o

The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. 2 I5 }! t1 [" N' S% f/ I5 K , }; w0 i% W9 ^5 HTheir oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. " e) J& o9 X2 k9 z; y% u: U8 z9 o % q9 i- C* Z: N% `8 l$ `Another boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. & N" y( k, e0 O

In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. ) ~: g, g$ u n* J4 x( i s. @- ~* a; F# B# ^& G
Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. 4 h% T3 m, h, f" W+ R+ } - P' e" b" m8 t2 L R8 @4 `She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. / I1 ]- t# `' o2 R' z

Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. ; d0 Z' E# j9 l" b$ w2 t" ?! M 1 ^2 w- Z3 k/ i5 QBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. y3 _$ @4 n( q" \! s/ [# j/ s1 F/ @. Z9 `
"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. 4 D6 h {3 K' e, l4 m5 b

"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. 4 R/ j- x$ s7 o# p# s6 I

"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 5 @7 h7 ~1 Q/ {1 w7 w
( W3 b" E, m. SMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. + M+ {1 J% b8 P0 ^
; ~/ q3 C% R- {1 p* x* a2 L/ G9 N
To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. / o4 e$ b+ J. S0 y. J$ E
0 S* x/ X& Q0 r0 g: l( Z* X8 XThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. ; g; e u# X: O
7 a0 ~5 _: P: _& e% n6 GThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. ( Y; \6 y Q, |& D% v
1 O: L6 m; M" `# x5 }$ i DMr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. 0 V. C$ @6 }) F i, c2 y3 v: F- n' C% v) |# `& g& c5 J
"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." 2 m3 i+ w$ M2 r- k$ {3 @
" R. }, ?& d: @) ]; e
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
