7 A9 [" t* c5 l/ z( YLess than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. + y' w# J; ~0 O$ C# R" I Z

"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. 9 E6 z! N3 f A% ~" g, D9 J
6 w- E3 @0 B6 A! Q"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." / S" }' y0 T6 r: o3 ]" T$ J: G: t

The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. * p: H4 U8 @, c% N; p# x ( e% G! x8 U+ d. S. FTheir oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. ; a- q) B9 c! w; t

Another boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. $ |8 Z$ Z" v6 n9 j * b1 e% U2 x6 I9 W NIn March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. : {8 g P: g2 H% _& ^% H: g
9 a) y! K# a- J$ a. U8 FThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. 1 f) V3 j: [" |' c0 M' r; h" |/ y8 o- k) M( \" j a
She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. ; J' h& w+ z1 `! b: U; G 0 l! o# N" n" Q# t3 s! t* Y0 T- YMrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. ( b" l* ]3 A# n5 d" V" _

But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. 9 ~7 g5 W8 m9 u4 e, [0 P" | 3 P. H, }, w. ~; u, VTo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. , e& Y' H8 v z6 h+ G$ [; g6 U, Y - I/ ~5 i3 c# B3 L- @! _9 O, g: R0 H6 hThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 4 {# f, T5 P; G/ V2 S
4 P5 h' H& I/ C9 b/ m1 y1 XThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. ( M7 p; F, _5 x/ ]1 u- W ) d6 {4 v3 P" a; F2 cMr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. ! I! S* [6 D+ Z5 c- q8 h" ?. _8 W# ~1 C+ s
"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." + i% ]% ^" P1 D 4 X' q$ h; X7 e2 I% A' J" @' i1 rHe added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
