"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. - t! R0 L% N6 |! Q

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." 8 G+ Y4 H5 K9 G) X
+ S# i2 P! D! I5 g6 |! L+ PThe couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. $ D4 M: Y. r$ b! L
0 W6 o7 P! [( u w5 j: V4 n# sTheir oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. ! Q! q! In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 1 A3 z! U* @. p& A" o. g+ u" ^
% F; G9 t& b4 C0 q; ~) T, C0 ^; z, zThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. ( n6 I3 G- t0 y, ~' Y# `4 R% P

She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 8 C* m' w* d* q0 Z$ c3 ]1 T. k) y$ U2 l) a
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 1 S% w6 _' ]" g+ N. b k4 @

But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 4 T2 u! O5 }" Z

"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. 8 q1 v0 N! p* F 6 }! k0 O# C+ E/ y5 e% n( T6 j5 \5 t"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 6 s; N6 [9 ?1 G" L

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. ' A6 {. }: d( |: u+ K" h9 `6 Y ~ u2 t3 _" ]
To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. 9 R+ k" k( @# K# G1 b' j& ] - v; X4 u# J, |" b/ ?- JThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 8 r# v1 Y( R" ^& c6 v7 k. Y, W- Q( Z o, Z4 R. w! y
They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. ! n: l! `5 l) H4 u( X- W- i2 |0 U7 e$ x, r* E, s. Z
Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. 1 d1 h$ _5 `" G& \, ]2 x1 J* T

"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." 6 I6 W- g: W6 o. e) P; n* E0 l

He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
