今年45岁的沃里纳与现年32岁的“好生养”太太雷娜,育有6女3子(包括3胞胎女儿),最大的9岁,最小的还未满月。结婚时他们协议生6个,没想到越生越高兴,雷娜坦言自己已经“生上瘾”。 1 O" Z- G" @, p1 B1 t

Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. 8 N, R7 M% P+ m

"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. $ z- d A6 y5 ] e& L9 o/ p

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." ' j$ Q& O- H0 U% c# t8 E8 H( G 3 G! T S8 E0 R! s# uThe couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. + a" f7 `/ E: p1 J- p. r/ `5 U- M j a( C; Q8 c; i2 s
Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. S: P$ u: T+ M, F7 R- {, v: B. L, |
Another boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. # Z' r- i: U# C& J0 A. E9 P: m1 ]3 I0 J& y
In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 3 s# M% o$ u5 A2 H, ^0 b5 ]! M5 }+ V# p 7 Z6 ~; U8 S: FThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. $ Y8 X- ~9 j* E( c& c- V
]- I4 ^( l' T" C9 G4 s
She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 8 `$ K; x+ T: f; y' S7 d7 e) Z, b+ ]$ F# R7 p7 y( z+ t0 B
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 0 @, q2 s3 V$ u. T( y. d6 p3 n+ \% R& j( r
But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. ( |( \* E. c+ r) p6 ~. \2 T
+ l6 E! u4 Q* s"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. 1 O1 n& r8 m: V4 y$ G3 z1 O/ g6 F8 q* {
"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. 5 p7 b$ z9 R7 y0 I; B) u* p) O% ~. P( H0 O; J9 W
"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." / \+ S! `4 S9 N2 H) @; `

H( tMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. S% [7 x( K" o0 S 8 p# M1 B# T9 q' N4 uTo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. 4 }) \. R/ r9 c q: u 1 T! T6 w, q0 V+ }! l' R- {+ o3 lThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. + ~5 b1 L0 f$ ^4 M5 x
% q" r0 b5 A$ C! X3 lThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 3 _; e3 R. {# H1 O k
' O. |$ \4 F. ?; q, \Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. + f$ L% \0 ~- ]4 L
g) B; [" M. X7 K4 g( N, n"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." ! L) c$ W' K5 I
3 u* S5 ^4 s3 K5 s5 lHe added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
