Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. 4 W* |) s5 y. r* H; Q( k! H2 M! i1 R& h; f1 {$ Z8 r4 U
"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. ; X a) V1 f) w, ?* |

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." . D/ X6 u$ F& a4 k. J) ~* k

The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. 9 i# k' c2 Y$ W" ?; F

Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. 6 n/ i5 ^& e6 I% i6 ]3 c, P4 D- ~; y( H& v: c/ G* L' e

7 k' r/ m- `. U$ R" DIn March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. / f" u3 _+ O: x2 {0 z $ T+ z3 x% q7 ]9 [! PThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. / F$ ]; G. }) z ' n0 c o* {. S+ U f- q. H% i OShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 4 k) [, J3 k/ o. t0 y8 E; H & e4 B) M/ e7 E8 t6 W- \Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. x, W0 r U+ Q( ~+ o" r
3 k- [" u) i7 Q) v( O& cBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 3 _/ L3 J' ^% _3 c9 l$ m

"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." y2 o8 R, u2 l1 g4 e7 o & j" A1 a/ Y- H+ GMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. 7 d; E! ^, }1 z7 H2 X/ E7 k/ y

To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. 2 ~% ^& \' D$ T$ n6 r1 D/ v7 P. T7 t' V4 f8 Q
They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 8 F- h* U- L! u z 4 ^3 v. S# H8 V7 n# pThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 2 X# q, s+ ?6 S4 ?2 q, R ' K: @ l6 ]: V) b* Y! N% gMr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. 9 N5 S( P) ^0 m; _, C- K
$ V5 C, [5 @! `. K# }4 K* u"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." $ E" d6 {' a" p
% k, m, ^+ Y8 P }# E
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
