Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. # Q L1 R3 ?$ u3 _% m& V, f% M% F+ U) u8 o( g6 J$ i+ m2 J M) {; q9 l p
"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. & M4 t) ]- m* E% o% ?
) {% |. @2 Q! O$ x# ^0 O"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." * ?9 H8 p9 s7 _( k ~9 h1 ~: @ * L2 H8 U# n) R% V3 DThe couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. 5 E# b7 l0 `) a* P% W; ?. Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. 4 _, z7 ^1 s+ U : L, n5 W0 h0 W: m4 O" i9 _1 FAnother boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. : A' E. E: O* d

In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 2 S7 Y8 g' S2 |: ~+ |; w" L5 i

Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. ( ?9 ` G" N1 B; ]3 ~- m8 g. w2 b9 e
l+ z$ t7 N7 b- XShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 4 i( Z0 ^' `8 U( G! G
$ F4 R4 w: H. d9 B8 ~Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 5 F' P! v3 ?, {7 u" D % r7 u8 l; N) w7 G4 z: NBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. D# t+ B5 ~' ["We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. o/ } J& ]$ M( U6 @/ ~ 6 V( c8 m2 n0 H( ^( V# V6 e"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. ) v* W4 {, J$ G1 S4 J. ^, w " u2 d( u" N9 d0 u"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." * I% l6 R1 f+ ?. Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. & u2 z; ]* [( Y9 i; J; ~* |

To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. + f# L1 t7 G( u) x8 z* N
' c* ^5 Q) ^1 S" z; f" ^' {They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 8 |) n% i2 M$ [# ?

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. / |. [! |0 q1 t' Z

I/ {! @Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. 2 N+ A: K, {7 y, | ' q+ N6 Z( f' @ U"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." : ~) J% e8 t C: J4 D+ I1 L' {, T t7 o* n, J# W& K O( W
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
