"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. ' f+ f1 \2 X: i8 D" ?# M, d/ Z ; v2 u Z0 |6 n7 Y( `"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." 5 W) i9 H* T& V ' b5 O% T+ h! V5 v8 R6 K# oThe couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. + N. C. i+ m& I* t
! x/ c( S- w" J$ Q' G4 a& UTheir oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. - _# r$ x, {2 I: y5 a

5 j+ S6 n/ [+ r5 k" {5 a3 mIn March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. # ^$ N0 ^3 O( q# e9 A
m8 T# B( ~3 r N+ K! pThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. ; k" s0 ]$ Z7 F" W) U, J; v- L' o- B7 e! f' U$ c3 R% t1 Y
She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. $ T2 r9 c! S( J1 a" J
& a& @1 m! _" ?8 c# S
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. & A8 O5 V, k5 G w# S

But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. ' i9 E8 o' W- J- r$ J" V0 t1 f7 X/ b5 [* T* {2 _$ S. N% v u
"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. $ H9 P$ A# G- N4 C( j# ^% ~ / Q" T' B* O" ], o"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. , u9 H0 s) a& r3 U$ g( h- P# o
/ c! W* q3 `# w; ?) R6 U"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." # x/ s* ]1 i) Q. t U5 h2 u

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. ; {; w% ?* I8 c

To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. / F3 J# `$ \0 T# j! D+ T7 C- p. s
They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. ) D6 G1 S, \' M6 p" [ ; s+ V* c+ B/ L' N$ v% |: \1 F) LThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. - r7 {- n8 F( s7 g( ?4 g
3 D' Q/ x& S2 T: L EMr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. + x& e5 |1 G& U6 R9 \$ ^
3 R9 }+ ?+ x$ q7 C2 ]$ U- y' k( Z"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." y0 P/ q8 |: a, C% `2 K
+ h( ^; |8 d( g; ^3 p& z& \- W! PHe added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
