Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. 3 H9 }" F3 W4 q& s) ]0 A5 y: m

"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. + k/ N' k y0 x6 u. o6 u& }0 p

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." & Z3 M( m1 X6 x' l5 |; W$ Z9 E3 _, N6 v) s
The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. 3 y0 |1 P9 ?- G% P6 F. {
; O5 d8 F9 H- W [3 `/ QTheir oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. ( `$ w* p' F5 X y. k) Q G- e' O- A2 i E
Another boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. s# z' K: C$ z" L$ s" i5 ` - U# B- o' L% S# }. @" \$ y+ qIn March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 4 r$ s4 d- m4 g' T+ u8 |' X" m. z2 ^ q( C- a* ~5 v
Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. 8 K' g- P4 S7 M/ B/ m
" O, E2 F4 g3 ^3 r3 l9 DShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. - R7 q, ]" s+ K! R& l 1 P% _4 s3 g7 w8 ]) lMrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. $ c2 j- ~$ ?: }! B . A! c2 \, B* d, h5 MBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. : Q8 z# w7 x4 L. j! S 6 {! i9 s2 v* J7 i' L0 L"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. / X( C( b: E: T0 u$ c + Z) q' z4 g. T! F"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. 5 j6 ^6 u$ {5 J1 X * d: M, o. b2 o"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 3 V/ [/ X% n; v) O* \) h# H6 Q; [( a0 \. Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. " H' S5 @3 P; r" W+ ]' V

To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. & q0 [- A$ b% P. @% q( y& i
3 T, v) x7 M( LThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 0 C" `' N- T/ H: h5 b
/ v) {4 c8 W0 w* [4 c; w& j$ [) uThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 9 s" P0 A- ~) j! [! x3 Z$ c& d! g2 m$ q
Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. # D% U- Z- t' k8 M6 l/ ]& q( I) [6 l2 y8 p
"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." X9 X. T7 p: r: R) }1 Z$ y" _) r: ?& K: m/ s
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
