But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. 5 ~, Y* _! F1 A' ~2 \

Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. 7 s) h; ^5 G: d" h8 [& R) z
; f3 M, }5 z" w"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. 2 R3 Z* A* [) _) r* X7 [7 W6 M# W5 C9 [+ ]1 U
"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." * B( U+ G$ ~2 ^# V8 ]6 y! Q
- X7 g8 R4 F2 t0 p5 V' v9 dThe couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. 2 g3 d7 G, a+ m+ F( D5 m R- E% _( `* T8 U) S: @
Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. 5 ~ w3 ^# E. ?. J5 z, R1 E$ y& g1 s: z
8 D. R- u1 T0 V1 \2 [5 `* D6 a' s. hAnother boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. 2 v* m+ Z4 J' G' g# N% Z! B4 J
1 G, E! d6 ~2 g0 d/ }In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 2 b v+ g- Q# Y5 x5 P/ C+ q( _5 t5 d. q7 x) Y& T
Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. / K; w6 G q: N7 J, a0 K7 J" v" K/ T! B9 L" V) c2 t
She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 9 J/ K& U$ s8 L3 N; L ~3 ^
/ L$ d5 |( R5 T# U
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. / v8 ^6 n2 T' X1 X% x9 |

M- @4 F* FBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 8 h3 Z" X3 W( u: c b 4 |) d) I6 s6 c"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. 6 W" s4 n5 y, g6 ^3 i4 T3 d" c* Y- L' K2 u
"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. & [9 d: Q$ a% q! y5 { Y
! \2 Q4 |, M+ j7 s"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." , \& w9 C8 c/ h* O6 J, ^% v4 B; A1 G: a O( e* |
Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. 4 A j. D8 ]* f8 E9 c" K1 `: X
( L: b2 e- H1 L$ l5 W3 P0 @' q# U3 @To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. 4 ]) p+ P8 ?' a1 U2 g @/ q

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. % p+ c0 @& v) G5 A% k: d& K

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. ) ^: i$ r5 _" a4 a7 `8 Z$ k

Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. 8 k* N6 C/ A5 W. H& d + N" r* H I! S2 `* B7 ]/ i) e"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." . I/ r+ W% \% s/ f' o- {3 |
+ v6 E* { H: M N- P5 q! ]4 v; HHe added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
