7 k- o7 G+ k3 o, jBut, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. w: i- F$ s! {* J
8 ^& ~7 ^: i# x8 l# ILess than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. 1 {8 L5 m" I2 Z. v Z- \

"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. + |6 P) |6 k4 j 3 s5 l9 K# x2 e0 B+ n"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." & t: J# P& I$ ?* Q, d/ d- N& D7 ] w8 d N3 b, I6 I( z9 b) R
The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. + F! F8 q- w7 l, [

Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. / z0 x, o! @: H# s. O0 M5 t

In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. " P* I/ j: Z' n* f5 I7 P

Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. M1 s9 _2 M+ K; J
) n$ b/ b: b! z
She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 2 V6 S" G7 S7 @6 _8 h% F5 Y' ]" G* s, l; o0 `! [4 z9 {
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 5 ~3 I: Q# c$ E4 u8 l& z7 r3 R9 B+ C+ X
But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. # w, X) G9 h7 {) [! d E0 W6 _% B0 ~6 f" S Y3 C1 c
"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. 1 r$ }9 e8 |9 D+ n# a# Y. X! D

"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. ) Y+ Y+ \1 k+ d $ M, B# ?0 X/ }/ Q+ J( s"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 5 y. |! t" z0 r/ K k3 t+ e
" z, p& H* m$ |, h* p2 C# X6 IMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. + n" V2 f# n* k, p5 ^- a
2 S# `& N6 G: b7 w* vTo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. ; L6 L$ U- F4 i & E# j* H1 N5 m# a/ Z7 k0 |They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 2 \( ~+ l1 F. Y; l: }' K5 K
* k3 X X: o' G: @# X. R+ o TThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. . t- F. _ n( ^' [4 w$ p. u" z- N% a8 Q1 j2 ?% l' \* R
Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. ( X9 P! u1 n& n5 ~$ K

"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." 6 e! D/ _2 T" v1 p! h# z' a- \. ]/ u& M
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
