"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. ! V% J/ u2 q: N

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." / A9 h5 [% M7 ~& w% N: a" e
+ H& _, {, U8 xThe couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. 5 A8 f, j' B1 a6 l/ v4 e4 ~) J" c: R& f# Y5 _4 Q, D' U
Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. * X$ D) i/ p+ P- }- v( @

In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 1 Y4 P# B/ h* C2 l# m5 Q. L : p/ R* [+ g1 O9 s4 {7 N" dThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. + P9 @. i3 F6 a. k * p# s( [% C. l% aShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 6 G: V. p+ a% ~2 ^ 5 c+ p3 j; @1 W: t0 ~Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. t1 p' R6 r4 R& _% O5 B3 V

But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 1 |$ Y- c) S& c2 q f" I2 F1 m6 @
"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. ; E3 @7 b1 r0 V2 ~. L

) e1 O6 h- ~- u( K5 y$ r h"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 8 }7 ?3 g+ r1 G9 O. g {0 B

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. 3 c! O" }# |8 N4 L' C# {+ ? # U/ h: a" q9 j( E+ d8 ATo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. $ R- C" @1 d4 H6 Z5 X1 V

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. / I7 R4 n$ {+ ~6 F$ _& z. a % n9 t; e5 R- i2 H7 h# EThey struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 7 O0 E- i2 J: G, e: q' R. K

Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. ! c. F- S- s2 Z V& Y+ P% _$ k! ^! Z* n) J
"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." 2 h4 @' I2 I# }

He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
