But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. 5 N: d; P- Z$ [) F! W0 M . L7 H! g) ~. Z+ U: g& o5 FLess than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. 3 Y: z) ^* U8 D- {( @. C
& M( l8 R/ h5 ]; Y2 l" H0 _- ?! N"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. & Y8 \5 A% M7 Z1 Q. n4 R
! z4 T9 g5 M: {' n7 |5 t; G"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." " B- B: W5 g: O+ V' E7 O, h' f X) f7 f8 L
The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. # f" E+ p z& y9 F. O

Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. 9 T ?: Z7 o; P# f) R- B9 l) U7 |' a' a! }/ u- F
Another boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. % Q' r0 ?2 l9 G; R ' @+ y1 d+ R2 j* I( { UIn March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 6 q' D9 Y3 @) Z; o# d9 D 8 H% {# m5 T8 i9 S% k$ h8 a9 ]Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. 2 a$ M+ S+ Z. `8 E3 W! She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. * H" W" B# @ L, k' y/ Y# d c. ^* S1 K6 c+ X! S1 Y6 eMrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 2 L+ |# h* D `, X0 F- M 4 U0 q) _9 r! J. `7 BBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. % @, W* B# |( T- J( ^

"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. 8 b" U. m/ ]. s* ^" Z/ P

"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 4 S7 F* F! [" _% v0 J9 t7 B# ? 6 i. x; S! i3 l! i% ?( MMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. # V4 j5 @& B' S. To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. 1 F- n' C& R- i7 `8 `4 F2 E7 ` " a# U R% L, F: UThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. " E7 T# l2 j8 e% C4 ]' h

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 4 ], `( w1 V" A5 c5 j5 _& J& t

Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. |! }4 l* h1 a% \9 U & r" D" S" O3 p9 A& E. u"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." 3 [7 r# Q4 W* z* I6 r$ ?# ^

He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
