今年45岁的沃里纳与现年32岁的“好生养”太太雷娜，育有6女3子（包括3胞胎女儿），最大的9岁，最小的还未满月。结婚时他们协议生6个，没想到越生越高兴，雷娜坦言自己已经“生上瘾”。 ) U. V. N. L M( q

, K9 V- C" V, D1 Q+ n8 R 小生命带来快乐，但是，照顾孩子相当辛苦。雷娜每日忙足了17小时，要接送孩子到不同学校、每天洗衣服也要洗上4遍，工作量比一般主妇多几倍，一家11口全靠沃里纳的一份薪水养活。夫妇俩已经3年没有放假了，也很少见朋友，但是，沃里纳说：“这个家是我们的命根，我不觉得缺乏什么。” ( U6 ]: q" h( O- m4 y2 d1 n . K8 r: i9 v4 K( w$ f9 f 这对多仔夫妇说，未计划再生孩子，但是会随遇而安。2 e! U3 P: ~9 B& \# E& E' l

After having nine children in as many years, you might think Rayna and Malcolm Warriner's brood is complete. # u/ |5 x$ N& |* B Y) g& I3 M& P! k# ~# x$ f; Z j5 ?# o
But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. $ A. @. w/ ?' {! c% a2 |' B1 c2 e) v% L% J3 p% H. e
Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. 0 R R, D4 \2 E7 d# A" F/ m" i. J
6 `7 T! V: c; \# H: x"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. 3 ?1 e. W9 D' l1 B7 L7 e: M8 T8 r$ I- ^3 H- F4 t
"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." : x8 W1 X+ }# a; `6 D& a

The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. ! o& P# e# a% D
" _* a1 @( O; W5 bTheir oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. ! C: _* y, ?2 X+ V/ z" N0 c" q) z, o* h
Another boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. 8 y& K. \1 F h9 M1 M5 U 5 a0 @1 ^; A2 D% r$ cIn March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 0 J9 s* s+ L2 K* `5 ^, T. d. W
7 ^0 e& {- S h3 @/ K C. `! aThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. / G9 @+ `9 B$ D" o! W4 E0 \8 o4 \$ t; X Y+ |
She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. ; y+ ^! k, [1 V$ H' z& E" W0 u' \+ g3 t1 ^- t6 I+ d
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 2 i* v2 |' n! @8 `- p2 y4 _# ^ ) W) D3 G3 e% [, t/ e- d: tBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 8 d& d, q0 m) G$ H" W7 v. v* { + a8 q0 L4 n+ A) l"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. ( n8 v: j E! l/ p& n1 K5 Z8 k8 b! a. e
"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. ' V0 t2 _4 C Y

"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." $ M& d2 N) ~$ N$ }( S' A2 i* h+ v0 M3 \" }3 S- z8 R' j
Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. % h% K$ k& h0 F5 C1 a" y4 b. [2 ~7 _, ]! M$ c+ W |
To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. : s% w" K8 F6 M1 ]5 x" {
- i- e9 \" |$ f; ]6 ] p/ vThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 0 [' W2 g. O1 W5 `; K4 ?. d

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 7 b. J# e1 _7 F, @4 q1 U- i% l' ~* M6 ]8 ^4 A: w6 Y* }
Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. ! ]% V8 M. v. ~* d0 o " s7 r- r; D8 ? ^$ ?3 \0 r"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." & o* ^) v. f6 X! K# z- |4 H$ q
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
