But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. 8 l. D! k1 r' B+ ^" | . n; `$ i' A1 P5 ]: _) q( ?! p4 h1 ^6 U( oLess than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. * c: J0 q) V% ~% t( |* s) } - k3 x6 `$ A" A8 H0 b6 [' a6 h"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. & D% c1 G& }) w4 L

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." 3 \) F, J! T' D9 A- F

The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. / k5 Y2 p I k5 |' ^5 D+ e. d5 p) c# Q3 M6 N( s
Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. . J$ C# E. s% Q: \ ' f6 { R& U4 R, k) ] SAnother boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. 9 ~* Y7 W c( y
( ~( ?* l2 T2 {3 F+ Q6 lIn March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 2 s7 A, ?0 w; r0 l0 Q# E , P- @5 `2 s8 R% O: rThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. - [' B, ?0 n9 b& E2 R + R/ B* n5 h; L" H0 l7 Z/ n+ x8 i UShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. . X+ }% m0 u4 j+ y6 Z/ [

Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. $ V- ~& S/ r$ L T1 _! m

But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 6 J- x0 b0 e7 L1 E# z, U5 r/ _- \

"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. - y$ G/ ^% z- } I% i ( t4 }# U! A/ V3 l"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. 5 a/ z' J. Y! V# `" X6 P ( S0 [( {# U; I/ ^4 u- \"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 2 p- J/ C B8 y7 @! S5 h0 _, ?7 F8 T# K ^7 r) f" s; |8 }Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. W0 q3 o' p5 O8 C9 I 0 U9 x; }3 \6 q& h. S- A4 `To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. : x6 A# A3 F/ a P
2 ?5 R- m/ \9 W- [$ R2 Y) bThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 7 Z3 B4 M. l9 J0 Z4 C
4 x' m$ g7 Q0 R7 t' }They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 1 \, z' t) a0 R5 z

Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. / L n0 \4 h3 E6 l H
: O% Z5 y1 }& v$ W"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." ) s- a3 @( R/ F% Q6 ]+ P* r
* J# s O- B3 fHe added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
