Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. " @. B1 e: M$ F0 z+ U
' \- k/ n+ ]2 W"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. ; h' x9 y# C8 p3 \, L- _: g! ~( }( J+ d/ A E" h
"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." 1 P: u( y# {/ y, y # `1 o! F+ Y7 [( fThe couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. ! L4 q2 @) T o# w* R
" O) J3 w6 i5 d$ f0 C% j; rTheir oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. 1 n' U! B1 U/ w7 \ 9 Z9 k! X h, _3 Y6 y# u) lAnother boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. ) Y& J$ s1 d, o; C) \

In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 2 w9 H V4 G8 I$ M& O 9 u, L2 P: ]; AThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. $ X5 ^) W6 o' |$ r- E9 `6 D! u: W% T
) h' A# }- w G3 c; a8 U0 B
She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. - z2 E- V9 t+ R; W, j
0 o- X w/ N1 g5 P& c& GMrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 1 i% L. t( A7 R+ j h9 d3 D; e . U( J3 [3 `+ h# @( _. L. PBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. , i# b/ _& e0 Y2 j* m( d \7 @

"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. 6 |" k1 E3 \: n* n) Y+ u( j1 X / e! ~% T l: U) m) ["When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 0 E5 V( v3 [! w5 H/ `
% @" K6 Y$ Y3 qMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. . o. P# B) g! G
" ?3 h& h$ }1 Z" _* dTo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. - n: o" w# P% d, s! e j; m

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 0 v: j& E7 Q0 P- N5 O" ^( j/ J6 j) E8 w* Z+ y
They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 2 i, k5 Z9 \! L% y) U: f
9 A" y9 r' W/ KMr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. 4 I7 n! Q' J1 m1 a/ Y3 p - {0 r: ~% V* b0 j"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." , V# E$ O$ N1 m1 w0 H4 v$ S! u, m2 a& J
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
