But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. * V) x" W; }1 ^6 N8 e7 g

Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. ( u) d4 H1 {' D( n R: \" ? ; t6 A2 c6 y! @. a6 b"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. " @- m; E# T: F1 E( _4 v 5 e6 n, A0 O3 v* W* ?"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." - ?0 C( `- f6 Q$ B

The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. 6 w# S5 _5 ]/ n% z6 o# q ) ?$ E7 I0 z n+ r t/ ETheir oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. 2 D4 D' F( s$ Y+ L. M0 U9 g

Another boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. 3 L$ ~$ v0 L3 ^5 V, N8 Q e1 X, h1 ^$ A4 _
In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. " F, x$ n) U& h; _* r5 D4 q

Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. 5 U0 Z2 S& D$ c7 O8 s1 X! i
6 Q- \+ q6 e% P' f. R7 v: i% HShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 4 Q2 S7 J* ?6 m- u7 ^+ ~
9 O4 ]0 M, C" o# o, jMrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. . s" x0 ]) o/ Q8 L& \) P, c- S9 B 4 d% K, Q) |. Q8 G7 dBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 6 s. U1 H; a7 i

"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. * I& p5 R) p6 ]* @ " `6 [$ U5 O- p6 @. K"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. ' z; c( H" G, r7 b% f7 b& v- ]8 R/ {# L
"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 6 l2 c6 D' B# F$ B# J9 ~3 \
# l) Y7 J, G' a9 O, XMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. " w% I% w- \# t9 \. W2 m& I2 r/ p$ C
To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. 1 I: Z x5 ^: G; {0 t

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 0 T, @1 o! H) [ _7 d. D1 ]9 h% A. t2 H7 D
They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 9 G' c" ]8 `- p/ d. u* K: M
5 `. K7 ~" e6 ? ^% P+ rMr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. $ J0 x' ?, J" q, s# m

"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." 8 [' Z% ], c2 V+ ^: O, U : U( M7 X' `! z" H* X* N+ t) fHe added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
