$ z% a7 B% E' C* _3 e: K"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. : t& t- [0 G/ l: m- d) s5 v+ x6 i1 q. h
"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." 6 _# Y5 z% Y# a. U6 K) c/ w" N% p7 a( S8 |7 Y4 a9 g1 e3 e
The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. . \. c. H5 m5 |0 J7 B+ Q5 k) \ ^& T5 n9 R* ^/ e& w, d
Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. f" `6 ~) ~* o" J2 [5 ~9 l @ 6 T/ s! In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 6 ]3 c+ p3 u" E& e6 q0 G1 p! J
/ T, ^; d# r5 T3 m6 M e2 K$ fThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. ) _, v0 z9 S1 p N! u! m8 e n9 k0 I1 _1 N) X( |4 ]
She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 1 y" X' `& j8 R+ z6 Q

Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 8 x2 \6 r. }' |$ M2 k$ u2 S - G2 x7 z/ v1 t- HBut despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. # [5 C3 k2 b* ^" ?
& v5 U E6 p) a6 t; L0 K"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. ^$ i; p+ F) c6 a+ h a( A9 u) o3 B& D& S' v& A) E
"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. 7 g6 s9 d# g, [: E' ]4 o. N7 z& i

F2 E, p"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." j a* v: _, }' J8 g; w5 O" e; }: O" D , Y2 H- Y z8 R) b8 |0 d/ MMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. 7 d9 \& a: j Z
% K2 N+ ]3 B8 f$ fTo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. ' F! w! z) O0 ~# ~, Q6 f: N3 d( H9 K% v2 C0 \; B
They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. - Z) N) R( _& ~! t( p- v5 P/ t

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. % I) {% B- _. {# C; ~: M. y
5 X3 f2 Z: I$ x4 ?) m6 L6 N; k! pMr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. 4 d( }$ v2 r* {" `/ z e6 P C6 \# b/ l& ~" `
"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." $ J- t B% I1 P9 L5 i) [

He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
