But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. 3 U! Z- m/ ?: I9 j& o( @ N
' |. [3 ?' R5 y! a$ L( G' l1 B9 KLess than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. / v# h' x, o' p) n1 N3 J0 X
, H. y9 c' O8 K"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. & k: k! S a- E
% G1 n" |6 q a T. s"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." 0 Q% W/ Q3 S( f0 c. q- |9 I% c! P. P# c# u# y
The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. # J; _# S, z1 ]7 Y' y

Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. ; w6 _$ J4 U1 D; g" q0 S
( }: e% p% q, J8 D8 [4 g* W WAnother boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. / l) \2 @4 h' {6 }. r; t8 H
) c' P: P+ i4 c4 W6 ^
In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. - Q3 n4 R8 O! r& N' l9 c ; Y& `/ R% ?1 s; J$ A5 F. W4 @- FThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. - z% K. e5 |" H1 ~3 ~
( `( y3 W1 Q* ^; g) {She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 6 }% {! e, U" a4 [5 r9 T) `' `! s" p# K# Z6 I6 z! h
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. ; r) M2 g7 O/ Z6 z" r1 y5 ?
+ U/ j2 P6 N, E3 N2 ~0 t: {! _8 D
But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. ) x3 y1 P& ^; l# W, J. A
. ?$ J" ~! y+ F) G/ W3 r"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. " g2 l7 S$ d* F

"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. : i/ u& d- T: h3 W1 S2 Q9 \6 T) O* t6 t, ]/ \
"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 1 {2 Z) k+ i2 V) |2 `7 Z9 r6 w

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. $ b* V7 r2 ], p* R1 n0 v _: L$ ~& f( X6 c; X) D+ H7 |To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. ! R- J2 G) }/ T8 e8 K
0 |4 B# i: X4 f# t. |They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. ! t. i# |/ v% \6 V0 [

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. - z# [) a. K9 ?) l0 r3 O, C; T * e$ j# w# C8 {Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. ) M3 k" T1 Z) s$ `7 f+ z7 x; R
" c& k+ w3 x# @7 b
"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." * T* G v, c2 m( Z1 a3 T8 ~& f7 A- ^' _" f1 y
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
