You will be responsible for helping Bid Manager to operate and manage the offer preparation and contract negotiation, acting as an assistant to Bid Manager and coordinator of the bidding activities:
1)To work with the all team members to understand market opportunities, organize the pre-bid activities, respond to tender documentation, produce the bid response and negotiate key issues with customers.
2)To assist Bid Manager to develop a bid project plan to meet the relevant milestones and steer the team to successful completion on time.
3)To assist Bid Manager to organize and monitor the whole bidding process including but not limited to the project planning, requirement analysis, overall solution, risks control, and bidding document finalization and submission into the customer.
4)Responsible for construction and maintenance bid platform, including but not limited to bidding management of key projects, project document management, bidding tools management, etc.

1)Telecommunications, computer or electronics education background.
2)To be an effective organizer and communicator with good interpersonal skills, flexible conscientious attitude, and team spirit.
3)Good in speaking, reading and writing English.
4)Other European language capabilities will be a plus.
