I can not use chinese in PC pool. sorry for using english.
I have a problem that my laptop can not connect the internet via vpn in my apartment in Am Jesuitenhof 3 from yesterday morning.
the error code is 769.
I find there is something wrong with the local area connection. Because when I use the local area connection, it shows that LAN or internet is restricted or no connection.
then it also shows some possible reason: the network does not give a network address to the computer.
I don't know how to solve this problem and I also can not contact to the network assistant.

yes, i used kaspersky when I found this problem. And a Trojan Virus was found and killed by kaspersky.
