Supplier Quality Engineer, Shanghai, China
Our client is a German wholly owned foreign enterprise, specialized in
manufacturing and providing technical solutions for Automobiles and Power
tools. For their expanding business (production) in Shanghai we are looking
for a highly motivated Chinese individual for the position of Supplier Quality Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- New supplier visits and supplier audits.
- Approve new purchasing parts and new process, release PPAP document.
- Deal with supplier quality complaints:
a) Coordinate with other departments to decide actions (sorting,
reworking, rejecting, and so on).
b) Follow up 8D reports
c) Charge suppliers quality cost.
- Involve in the development of new product or product change.
- Support purchasers to do technical communication between supplier and
R&D.
- Negotiate quality assurance agreements with suppliers.
- RoHS, PAHs, DMF, REACH and other relevant subjects.
- Regular supplier performance evaluation such as SPPM and other quality
target.
- Responsible for supplier promotion by communication or training and
monitor the supplier quality system and process.
Requirements:
- Technical training (apprenticeship)/ training (education) similar or
comparable to technician or engineer.
- Quality training/QB/QM/Auditor + Auditor qualification ISO TS 16949 and
VDA 6.3.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Diligent and good team-working spirit.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel.

- College degree or above, and major in mechanics, electronic or
mechatronics preferred.
- At least 1 year related working experience in material purchase.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good Computer Skills in Microsoft office and SAP application.

- Participate in technical and commercial issues.

Requirements:
- College degree or above, and major in mechanics, electronic or
