自2010年6月1日起
执行如下规则
- das Datenvolumen zaehlt:
  - zwischen 18-0 Uhr abends **achtfach** (800%)
  - zwischen 10-18 Uhr tagsueber normal (100%)
  - zwischen 0-10 Uhr gar nicht (0% Happy Hour)
- jedem Nutzer steht ein Datenvolumen von 100 GByte eingehend pro Monat zur Verfuegung

晚上6点到12点按照8倍计算，各位看PPS和PPL的悠着点啦，现在看连续剧可是看一集顶8集哈哈

Due to a resolution of the network conference the following new traffic rules will be applied starting on 1/6/2010:

- traffic volume counts:
- 800% (8 times) between 6pm and 0am
- 100% between 10am and 6pm
- 0% (Happy Hour) between 0am and 10am
- every user has a limit of 100 Gbyte incoming traffic per month
- outgoing traffic will not be accounted

Users exceeding the traffic limit will be shaped to 64kbit/s between 6pm and 0am.
以后波恩的学生都成夜猫子了.半夜一个个都冒出来,电费暴增,学生宿舍的成本控制也够呛.

可是怎么才能知道自己一个月用了多少流量呢？
