英国大英博物馆表示，它欢迎与中国研究人员联合进行针对英法联军150年前从圆明园所劫文物的调查。报道说，中国去年宣布，计划派代表团前往包括大英博物馆在内的世界各国博物馆，以查清约150万件殖民时代中国被掠文物的下落。

4 h% Q! _0 z3 ~6 D. x- h0 B7 S报道说，英国大英博物馆和维多利亚-艾伯特博物馆都藏有来自圆明园的文物，报道援引这两家博物馆馆长的话说，他们博物馆的中国藏品中大概只有千分之几的文物来路有问题，两位馆长虽然都承认与中国联合进行的调查有可能导致两家博物馆需放手一些被从中国抢来的文物，但他们说现在谈论这些文物是否将退还给中国还为时尚早，不过两人也未排除这种可能。
