地点：Pariser str
月租：230 欧（包水，电，气，网）
时间：6月10号左右起（具体时间再商量）-8月31号
押金：500欧
条件：appartment性质（自带卫生间，厨房），学生宿舍（安全比较好），可提供双人床。房间内有小电视，小烤箱。
交通：门口就是61,65,604,605。到市中心约15-20分钟。
环境：附近有rewe, penny, Kaiser，购物方便。离莱茵河也比较近。宿舍楼内有乒乓球室，小酒吧。

hi, my appartment is still available since the first visitor thought it is a bit far from center. There are 15-20 mins to go to center by 61, 20-25 mins by bus.
Due to some problems of my computer, I just write in English.
If you still want to rent, please call me asap. Thank you.
