房子位于hbf对面，Normal Uhr 公车站旁边。出门即可搭乘3，13，1，11，21等公交车，去主校区和西校区十分方便。
3 Zimmer, 55平米居住面积, Keller, 450暖租，德国1层。房子在背街一面，因此非常安静。房屋结构适合情侣居住，不适合WG。
带全套家具和厨房，需要Übernehmen。
现寻找9月1日起的Nachmieter。
