Position: Service Desk Engineer
Provide service to customer via phone or email in the manner of polite and professional way
Handle customer request/ incident base on project requirement and support process
Trouble shooting and resolve customer´s daily IT related problem at 1st or 2nd level
Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed
Record and update ticket information in time
Requirements:
Fluent oral German and English.
Overseas experience in Germany at least 3 years or above
Able to understand German with southern accent or German dialect will be a plus.
Good communication skill, know German culture well, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Operation Systems, Office. Familiar with Network (TCP/ IP), application (SAP) will be a plus.
Able to take night shift (at least one night per week).
