WUHAN AMATE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD is a high-technology Chinese enterprise which is devoted to R&D, production, marketing of micro-power wireless sensing devices. It is one of the earliest enterprises that develops, produces and sells wireless temperature measurement products.
For our German representative office in Aachen, AMATE is looking for a full-time or part-time employee in order to introduce and promote its product “wireless temperature monitoring system” in the European, especially the German market place. The goal is that in the medium to long term the German representative will build up a German sales office with a larger staff. With this in mind, we offer the prospect of a larger team and take responsibility for their continuous development.
Office Manager (Male/Female) with technical background
Your task:
Customer service and technical support for German / European sales activities
Coordination with German/ European partners
Administration and organization of general office activities
Single point of contact for all employees and managers
Operation of the telephone switchboard
Processing of incoming and outgoing post
Preparation of regular reporting
Care of guests, customers and partners
Your qualifications:
Completed college/university education, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent qualification
Very good German and English, both spoken and written
Systematic, goal-oriented and able to work independently and with the ability to organize
Reliable and friendly demeanor and good manners
A willingness to travel to China
Experience in selling technology-oriented projects is an advantage but not an essential
Secure knowledge of MS Office applications
A category B driver’s license is required for this activity in order to attend customer meetings
