I come from Hong Kong and seek for master degree in Konstanz University.
I should be in there in the coming September or October.
Some i have a few questions.
1) I have tight budget. Is there any means to find budget housing? (e.g. ~230euro)
2) And for the health insurance, Konstanz University ask me to pay for their statutory health insurance, which is expensive. In order words, Private health insurance is not allowed , e.g. Care Concept) Can anyone give me some suggestions.
3) For the German intensive course, i have no idea of German but i was too late to enrol the September Intensive German course. So can anyone suggest me a way to enrol any German beginning course.
I seeking for accompany in there as well.
