大概10几平，没量过。房间内，床，地毯，沙发，衣柜，书柜，桌子，椅子齐全。

厨房该有的都有，冰箱，电磁炉，烤箱，各种锅碗瓢盆。想怎么用就怎么用。

同住的是非常好的妹子。

男女不限，男生可以随意勾搭妹子，女生可以一起逛街健身。
