暖租：420欧/月，押金：840欧。冷租280欧，Nebenkosten80欧，其中包括水，垃圾等费用；Heizung60欧。Heizung是气暖。电网自己签。没有nach费，可签约2人。
入住时间：2014年4月1日
有阳台，卫生间是淋浴。室内家具齐全，其中有2张单人床，2张书桌，2张椅子，衣柜，书架等。台灯，壁画等。厨房里有炉灶，烤箱，抽油烟机，冰箱，微波炉，热水壶，餐桌，锅碗瓢勺等。
地里位置极佳，闹中取静，步行5分钟到HBF。靠近土耳其市场，周边设施齐全，购物极其方便，并有房管员进行日常管理工作。

2。同上面的贴子一样，我们还有另外一套独立公寓，也是4月1日起出租，420欧/月。地址如下：
