- Building up the Quality ManagementSystem to ISO and automotive requirements and Implementation of core qualitymanagement tools (e.g. APQP, FMEA, TS 16949, etc.)

- Bachelor or Master degree inquality management, engineering or comparable and Minimum  3 – 5 years experience in quality managementor production (preferable in the automotive industry)

- Fluent in Chinese and English,knowledge of German is preferred
