Young Professional:

-You will complete four assignments, each six months long, in different IT functions, locations and divisions dealing with currently ongoing projects and topics

-Master degree in IT or Economics/ Engineering/ Natural Science with a major in IT

-Fluent English language skills and German language knowledge is welcome

The program is supplemented by tailor-made training sessions in:

-Project management, task planning and reporting, service management, incident handling and change management, requirements analysis, demand management and customer alignment as well as communication

R&D Project Management Trainee

Experienced Position:

-R&D internal management in terms of technical interface, time schedule, sample and tools

-Take over the role of System Project Management and eventually HW/SW/MD

-Manage the development team and ensure transparent view in MKS of all activities

-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science or other related

-Good command of both oral and written English
