如题，luisenhospital 附近好房求租。独立公寓，单人和双人均可。帮德国同事发的，不翻译了，见下面英文信息。

I urgently search for an interim or new tenant (best from April 1) for a nice one-room apartment with a big, cosy kitchen close to Misereor/Central station, 5 mins by walking to hblf, and luisenhospital
44 m², bathroom (shower/WC), bicycle- und laundry room, shared garden, big balcony, approx. 400
