大家好，本人即将离开亚琛，现找nachmieter，房屋信息如下：
（之前的房客不租了，麻烦联系过我的朋友们再联系一下，如果还有兴趣的话，感谢！）
1. 位置Lousbergstraße 05, 52072 Aachen。靠近Ponttor，图书馆，Audimax，Rewe超市，全在步行范围之内。街区安全，安静，环境优美。
2. 房间约为50平米，两间房，带开放式厨房，卫浴，适合一人或两人合租。
3. 冷租430欧，Nebenkosten因人数而定,
   一人：430 + 90 = 520欧
   两人：430 + 200 = 630欧
  （房租需要最终和房东确定，可能会上涨10欧）
有Nach家具费用，可商议
4. 2019年02月01日起租
