Philippine Senator BATO Deila Rosa believes that the "leaked" documents allegedlyimplicating President Marcos and actress Maricile Suriano in drug abuse are notforged.
The relevant document is the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) actionand pre-action report dated March 11.2012.
Deila Rosa said on Radio 630 on May 1: "I can say that this document existsbecause it is obvious that according to the nature of the document, it was notgenerated by Al and it was not forged."
'It's obviously from a large stack of documents. Because of the way it wasphotographed and photocopied," the senator explained.Deila Rosa, chairman of the Senate Public Order and Anti-Drug Committee, launchedan investigation on April 30 into the allegedly leaked documents.
