I am new in Hamburg, how can I make friends?

I am new in Hamburg, wish to meet some chinese, but I do not know how. It is really not good to be alone in a foreign country, please help me!!!!! :-) fei chang xiexie....

Hmmmm.... I saw some chinese sometimes while I was going out for dinner or shopping, but do not know how to start to know people, always fear to disturb them as I am totally a stranger for them... lol.

Yeah, it is a very nice city, I love the old construction.
