OLD TOWN 鈥?James  Red  Paul Cyr, 72 died October 5, 2015 at a Bangor hospital. He was born April 25, 1943 in Old Town a son of Paul P. and Louise  Palmer  Cyr.James was raised in Old Town and loved his camp at Baker Brook. In 1961, he enlisted with  stanley thermo the US Army, and following his tour of duty, he returned to Old Town where he married Gladys Simon, and together they raised their son Michael.Red was a member of Holy Family Church, member of the Knights of Columbus and Elks Lodge, Veazie Salmon Club, Acadia ATVers and Airline ATV Club.
