Where I can find a chat room?

I just move in Aachen, I have no friend jet. It is very lonely, where I can find a chat room to make some friends?

Do you like the life in Germany? I feel really boring. I thought main reason could be that I can  not imagine to stay here until dead. Then I have no motivation to learn German, this cause a deal lock or bad circle.   My friend, what do you think?

But staying here has its own advantage, such as I have 6 week vacation to travel around, but city tour is not appeal to any more. So what we can do here? Knowing more people probably is good solution:-)

I am sorry I was typing in English and there was so many grammer mistakes.

I have problem to type in Chinese.

My OS is Win98se english version, I have installed Richwin. If typing Chinese in Word document, it is OK, but I don't why I can not type here no matter in Title or in Contents

If you can help me, it would be great
