不过要看签证官的，同样是南局的有的就不用。

都要，但是有的签证官不一定要deutschbank得账户，别的银行也可以。有些银行的受限账户是不要钱的。

北局好多了，什么都不看得据说。不过北局的话基本就要住土区了，这个也不爽阿。
