【求助】请教关于aachen的accomodation!!谢谢!!

我今天收到了aachen发的邮件，说给我分了一个accomodation,很多international students都在那里住,叫"Haarener Gracht",有没有同学知道这里的?

奇怪,听说住学生宿舍很便宜，可是这个为什么这么贵啊?要270欧,押金是540.
The rent is 270,00 Euros.
The apartment with the size of 20,80 sqm² is fully furnished and with Internet and telephone connection. The student dorm is approx. 4 km far away from the city centre, the traffic route is very good.
The deposit will be 540,00 Euros.

我已经找到一个房子只要170欧的,可是不知道自己租房子住和这个accomodation比有什么好处和坏处,请教大家一下为什么学生宿舍反而比外面贵呢?还有到底该不该答应呢?

那里的位置怎么样?为什么会那么贵啊,设施好?还是怎么...不理解

如果只有齐全的话我可能也不会住accomodation了,贵了100欧哦...
就是奇怪为什么这么快就给我们安排宿舍,而且宿舍这么贵
