Training and Employee Development Agreement

1. Scope of the Agreement适用范围
This Agreement is made as an annexure to the Employment Contract between the Company and
the Employee signed on (Signature date of “Employment Contract”).
本协议作为签定于 年 月 日的劳动合同之附件
In consideration of the requirements of working and the Employee’s career development, the
Company allows the Employee to take this specified training project as follows:
鉴于工作及员工发展需要，公司同意员工参加以下培训项目：
（ ）Overseas Training海外培训；
（ ）Domestic external training国内外训；
（ ）Others其它；
And the Company will bear all or part of training expenses in consideration that the Employee
hereby accepts the arrangement and agrees to abide by the following rules:
如果员工接受此协议并承诺遵守协议之规定，公司将负担全部或者部分培训费用。
2. Training Period 培训时间
The expected training duration is ______ week(s). The actual training duration and expense is
according to Training Completion Form what would be confirmed by the Company and the
Employee after the training.

本次培训预计的培训周期为________周。实际的培训周期和培训费用将以培训结束后经员工和公司
双方确认的《培训完成确认表》为依据。
The training period is according to training plan, and may be changed by the Company.
培训时间参照培训计划，公司可根据需要更改培训周期。
In Overseas Training, the training duration is counted from the date when the employee starts from
China, till to the date when he/she finishes training and comes back China.
针对海外培训，培训期自员工从中国出发当天开始计算，至培训结束返回中国之日结束。
3. Training Cost 培训费用
The training cost which includes all of expenses borne by the Company (such as but not limited :
all expense for passport and visa, transportation fee, accommodation fee, training allowances
during the training period of full time training, insurance and training expenses paid by the
Company) shall be calculated in accordance with the actual expenditure after the completion of
training. Upon the completion of the training, the Company provide the Employee a Training
Completion Form in which the exact training duration and the actual amount of training cost
shall be confirmed. The Employee shall sign if he/she has no disagreement.
培训成本，包括所有由公司承担的费用（例如但不限于: 办理护照和签证的所有费用、交通费用、
食宿费用、培训津贴、保险费、以及课程费用），将在培训结束后根据实际支出加以计算。公司和
在培训结束后将向员工出具《培训完成确认表》以确认实际的培训时间及培训成本。员工如无异议
应签字确认。
