The defect line are usually caused by LCD, but not the data bus(connect line), change the LCD needs alot of money, about several hundred Euro.

If you only change the LCD axis, maybe cost less than 100 euro, but plus the check and assemble cost, needs about more than 100 Euro.

so, i think you should get a new one, insteed of repair it

you can use it as a serve, or buy a monitor, and use it as a usual pc~
