解释一下荷兰的"越位进球"

It is not an offence in itself to be in an offside position.
A player is in an offside position if:
  he is nearer to his opponents’ goal line than both the ball and the
second last opponent

也就是说 即使出了底线 只要帕努奇比范尼离球门更近,这球就不越位

这个是新的越位规则. 很少用而已

这个规则的目的是,防止有些队员故意跑出底线 制造对方队员的越位
