Apartment  is 50 m2 consisting of a fully furnished bedroom.Completely renovated, this apartment offers great quality furnishment.
The bedroom has a high quality sofa bed for two additional guests,and a beautiful kitchen fully equipped.
.The bathroom, accessible independently from bedroom and living room includes a bath with a shower attached to the wall..
This is a very beautiful apartment which is ideally located with major tourist attractions in the surrounding area, many restaurants and of course the most beautiful and especially calm area, an opportunity not to be missed! .Nonetheless, I have attached the pictures of the apartment as file for you to see, access my claims and view.The Unit is open to both long and short term lease and its still available at the moment.

*Monthly rental price : 440euro per month including all bills....
*Security Deposit :500euro security deposit payment is required and be awared that the deposit is refundable at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged from my properties .

Good receiving your response,its nice to hear that you like my apartment and i will be also willing to give it out to you  if you can assure me that my apartment will be well taking care of by you in my absence...


you can have my apartment for as long or short as you want because presently am in UK i was just been transfered by my company down here to work thats why am renting out my apartment you can go to my apartment address and see it just that you wont gain full entrance into the apartment because its locked and am here with the keys thats why i sent you my apartment pics i took before i traveled so that you can have an idea of how the inside looks like...presently nobody is inside you will be living in my apartment alone they are all private use to you alone you will be living in the apartment with the furniture...

i do normally make use of an agent or friends but due to the way they cheat on my tenants thats the reason why i decided to travel with my keys......

breifly about me i work as a contractor am married with 3children and i love making friends with intelligent people,don't worry i will pay you a visit when am on leave so that we can see each other and introduce ourself  better....

Thank you for your response and i also appreciate your introduction,am really happy to give out my apartment to you due to the assurance you have given me to take absolutely care of my apartment for me in my absence....

with this introduction i believe i have a little bit understanding about you and i guess you will keep to your promise when am on vacation and come around to pay you a visit i guess i will meet my apartment in a perfect condition.


you can have it for 3yrs you want and if you wish toextend it again mo problem since you have assure me to take absolutely care of my apartment..


all the necessary bills and charges have been included to the monthly rent ok you dont need to pay anymore money again...



firstly we shall need to sign a rental contract that will be organise by my lawyer here in UK this will stand as a guaranty and security between us......

For you to get the place reserved we will both sign a rental agreement contract which will be prepared by my lawyer then i will post the keys of the apartment and the payment receipt to you via DHL express (1-2 days delivery ) after your deposit payment which is your first month rent and the security deposit has been confirmed.


Below are the info needed from you wish my lawyer will use in preparing the rental contract......
