要怎么个突出法呢？有申请意愿的要成绩合格的 成功比率能多少啊

我觉得去趟德国不容易，撇家舍业，所以一定读博士回来

现在就让我有点憧憬吧，如果可以，当然希望能有跟高的发展。可是如果在现在都没有理想，我去德国也就没什么意义了。

yes, I agree with you,but due to the high tuition fees and living costs,America is not a good choice for me now.
i have thought when i graduate from one german uni,maybe i can get the chance to go to America.
but at first,i must have 'something',then those famous can accept me. when i am in germany,i want to get 'those things'
