我觉得你不一定要aps的，既然人也到这里了，如果教授不问你要那就不要了

这个是肯定要的！至少你不去公正你也要翻译件然后让大学给你盖个红颜色的章。哈哈。。。他们看见红章就认了！我就这么干的:naughty:

100%不要.上个学期是系统错误,所以有人收到了648欧的帐单.大学网页和秘书处的工作人员亲口证实过,每学期148不变.如果收到648的帐单都不用管它,到时候继续转148就是了.
