中国公司寻4月份慕尼黑展会临时接待员

Uniproma is a chemical company in China. We are going to exhibit at New Munich Trade Fair Centre from 21 to 23 April 2009 (http://www.in-cosmetics.com/page.cfm/action=Exhib/ExhibID=00749). We will need one student working as temporary host/hostess.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-    Arranging visitors and maintaining visitor registration
-    Distributing pamphlets to visitors
-    Providing clerical support when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:
-    Fluent English
-    Good interpersonal communication skills
-    Chemical/pharmaceutical/cosmetics/business background would be a plus, however this is not essential.

Salary:
-    To be negotiated. Please advise your expectation.

Working hours:
-    Tuesday 21 April: 11.00 to 17.00
-    Wednesday 22 April: 11.00 to 17.00
