Job description:
        Be Responsible for the management of large-scale and crossover fix network projects (including Access network, Data network and Optical Transmission network), acting as the roles of both a bidding team leader and a general technical engineer.
        To set the milestones and liaise with the internal bidding team member to meet the timetable relevant and ensure delivery of the bidding on time.
        To work with the account team to manage market opportunities, organize and take part in pre-bid technical analysis and network planning, respond to tender technical documents, work out bidding technical documents, and negotiate the key technical issues with customers.
        To work as training providers and develop suitable courses to improve the technical bidding skills of sales engineers.
Requirements
        Master degree preferably in telecommunication, electronics or equivalent.
        Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization (written & oral English).
        Excellent project coordination skills and able to handle multiple tasks, priorities & time deadlines simultaneously.
        Self-motivated, results-driven and eager to learn.
        Willingness to travel in Europe.
        Better if
        Familiar with Access Network technologies(FTTx, xDSL, POTS/ISDN, VoIP, etc) or Transmission technologies(Microwave, SDH, WDM, etc) or Datacom technologies(Router, Ethernet Switch, etc).
        Have experiences in telecom network design and pre-sales or post-sales technical support.
