Requirement background        
Huawei is expanding a presales & TSD team out of China focus on application and software field including   online charging system(OCS), convergent billing, next generation intelligent network(NGIN), Ring Back Tone system, SMS, MMS, IP Call Center(IPCC), Streaming, SDP(Service Delivery Platform), etc. This team is responsible for exploring and developing the market for EU application software (VAS).

Responsibilities      
1.        Act as a representative of Technical Sales NDO department to take part in contract negotiation, bidding preparation, and project administration;
2.        Cooperate with NDO department in HQ China for the project support and bidding template updating;
3.        Support the key project bidding within Europe.
4.        Common NDO(Network Design Office) technical review and contract review;
5.        Report to the Project Manager;

Qualifications      
1．        Master or above communication related degree.
2．        Very good Chinese and English(spoken and written)
3．        Familiar with Value added service, mobile communication, IMS, telecom, etc.
4．        Proficiency in MS Office
5．        Good project management experience and team spirit.
6．        Ability to understand the customer’s needs in order to design the desired solution; tender project experience is preferred.
