Procurement Manager (Indirect Procurement)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Market, Economic, Telecommunications or related
At least 1 year work experience at Procurement position, in Consuming product or enterprise industry, or telecommunication field, prefer the candidate having Market & Admin Procurement experience
Strong negotiation skills; proven procurement cost-down track; strong leadership and management skills;
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Have the willing to travel within Germany
Fluent in German and English language
Chinese specking is preferred.
