International Trainee Program
SKF is now launching an International Trainee Program to invite high potentials to join the China talent pool. Chinese University students in Europe, who will graduate in 2011 or 2012 and plan to return to mainland China, can join a world leading company and contribute to further growth and operational excellence!

Successful candidates of the international trainee program will go through an international assignment from 18 to 24 months in Europe for competency development and networking. You will get a clear career direction, supported by a tailor-made program with rich contents, mentoring and attention from senior management. After the international assignment, you will be offered a job in one of the business units in China to start your long-term career development in SKF.

In particular, we are looking for trainees in the following areas in the city of Shanghai, Shandong-Jinan, Zhejiang-Pinghu, etc.
• Application engineering
• Process engineering
• Production
• Quality

Who are we looking for
• Master degree students studying in Europe who will graduate in 2011 or 2012, major in mechanical engineering, production, quality.
• Determined to station and work in China after the trainee program
• Interested in people and with leadership or specialist ambitions

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
