职位描述/ The Role:
We are seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to broadly align with the existing Assistant Managers of the business. This role will be broad ranging and challenging and will encompass all areas of business operation including accounting and finance, HR, IT, legal and regulatory, compliance, operations and logistics.

任职条件/ Profile:
We will look favourably on candidates who are able to display previous experience in the form of internships or past employment. Proven leadership or management experience, whether gained in an employment, academic or extra-curricular environment would also be a distinct benefit.

The candidate must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, at least an upper second class honours degree to be considered for this role.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must be able to:

• Learn new skills and grasp complex concepts quickly
• Take responsibility for projects and see them through to completion
• Delegate to and lead teams
• Generate creative solutions to difficult business problems
• Be relied upon to maintain the highest personal and professional standards
• Speak and write Mandarin Chinese fluently
