Background Description:
The hiring company, the world market leader in Sheetfed Offset printing machines, is continuing to grow its business in China by further expanding its production facilities and its market coverage in the region. The company is a 100% subsidiary of the German based Group offers a challenging working environment with abundant opportunities for growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with cross functional dept on different production assembly line;
• To plan & coordinate production/equipment/machine movement/layout, consider 3M flow (Manpower flow, Material flow, Message flow);
• Optimize tooling and working station for improve process capability and productivity;
• Set up and maintain the rated database in SAP system;
• Assist new process implementation training and support the training for the new operators;
• Written translation of the training materials from German to Chinese;
• To optimize assembly manual line and keep on improving it;

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering;
• More than 2 years practical experience in assembly planning, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture;
• Familiar with computer (Excel, Word and Auto CAD)
• Good coordinating and communication skills;
• Ability of design and solve process problem by oneself;
• Knowledge and experience with planning software systems;
• Good German language skills both oral and written are must;
• Overseas studying experience in Germany is preferred;
