* Above average of his class, broad scope of chemical and technical knowledge, esp. in organic chemistry
* Work experience or further professional education abroad
* Work experience in the chemical industry (China or abroad) for at least 1 year as
Ø Plant manager/engineer or deputy

Ø Project manager R&D/engineer or deputy
* Skills in English (speaking and writing)
