英国签证的详细介绍（希望加精华）
4楼的消息早就过时了。从2007年7月开始，在德国申请英国签证，都要通过WorldBridge，而且是不可能当天就拿到的了。
具体过程是
1. 去 https://www.visainfoservices.com/Pages/Welcome.aspx （今天好像在维护，德国的打不开），上面选择国家是德国，以及选择提交材料在杜塞，然后在网上填写申请表格；
2. 然后再约个Termin去Duesseldorf的WorldBridge办公室提交材料。6个月的签证的最新申请费是86欧，你可以在网上填表的时候用信用卡支付，也可以在交表的时候交钱（这时候最好是现金，要是用EC卡的话，要多收5欧的手续费）；
3. 交完表后，就是留10个手指的手印和拍照片（不是表上要交的照片）；
4. 最后你可以选择是自己再去WorldBridge取护照还是他们给你寄过去，选择邮寄的话，需要再交5欧的邮寄费；
5. WorldBridge的工作人员说一般需要5个工作日。不过我每次都是第二天就收到大使馆的e-mail说，签证已经通过，他们会在下一个工作日把我的护照返回到WorldBridge。

需要的基本材料是：
* application fee and postage fee (if applicable)
* your current passport
* your old passport or a copy of it
* One recent colour passport photograph (not more than six months old) Please note: scanned or copies of photos are not acceptable
* evidence of funds available to you, in the form of detailed bank statements covering at least the last three months
* either a letter confirming your period of employment from your employer together with salary slips for the last three months or a certificate confirming you have continuing studies or if you are self employed, evidence of your business for example company
* a written invitation from your sponsor in the UK (if applicable) and a copy of their British passport/EU passport or UK residence permit
* Completed and signed online application Form
* Please note that, if for any reason after your visa application has been submitted, it is not received by the Visa Section within 28 days, you will need to complete a fresh on-line application.
* a printed copy of your completed online application form
* one recent passport photograph (not more than six months old)
