After having nine children in as many years, you might think Rayna and Malcolm Warriner's brood is complete.

But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill.

In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. - @  R6 U$ w; Y- Z; x0 I; R% N  w

Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset.

She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta.

But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood.

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. 4 l/ v, Q  c$ V  n) C* m

0 w9 r- x6 m; [To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house.

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years.

"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way."
