"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32.

Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset.

' V1 I/ i! e- ]' p" g6 DShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta.

$ K* b0 s& e7 h) cMrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again.

But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood.

. O6 [+ Y6 Q% z- t1 QTo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. ( }" o. V* f! b% O% p/ C

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children.

& P! {" P+ o9 w  }Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight.
